12 Days of Cookies: Nutella no-bakes

These are a twist on the classic no-bake cookie with chocolate and peanut butter, which I adore. If you need a chocolate fix quickly, there's no better way to do it than with a no-bake cookie. (Bonus: you can also call it sort-of-not-bad-for-you because...oatmeal.)
I actually love the way no-bake cookies look on a big cookie platter full of different holiday cookies. They are different. They have texture. And people are always drawn to straight up chocolate.
But when you add Nutella to the mix" Holy holidays! These are the perfect "something different". And they could not be easier.

No-bake Nutella Dreams
After you finish mixing the ingredients you're going to say "These seem kind of runny. Maybe I should add more oatmeal"" Don't do it. I did and it makes them too oat-y and hard to chew. They will firm up I promise. The oats absorb the liquid.
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup salted butter
1/2 cup Nutella
3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
