12 Days of Cookies: Peanut Butter Nutella Delights
by Lindsay Weiss posted in Life & Home
Yummy, yummy, yummy...I saved one of my favorites for last! I am a sucker for a sandwich cookie. What could be better than two tender cookies stuck together with the most delicious filling" And when that delicious filling is Nutella" Yassssssssss.
These are super simple to throw together. In fact, if you had a roll of storebought cookie dough already in the fridge this would be embarrassingly easy. But since peanut butter cookies are so easy to make (four ingredients!), I mixed up a batch, baked them and let them cool.
Then I threw the contents of one jar of Nutella in a Ziploc bag with a big piping tip and swirled it on the cooled cookies. Bakery-worthy and very little effort.
These would be perfect any time of year, but especially pretty on your holiday cookie platter! Looking for more Sweets and Eats for the Whole Family" Find Lindsay at Sugar Mama.
