13 signs your morning sickness is getting better

I was never one of those women for whom morning sickness magically dissipated after 12 weeks. Instead, I felt like I was going to puke all the time, until around 20 weeks. It wasn?t until I noticed a few of the following subtle signs that I could look forward to a light at the end of the morning sickness tunnel.
Your pukey woes might be coming to an end if...
1. You are reaching for Tums more often than you're looking for a place to throw up. Hello heartburn, goodbye nausea. Normal digestion, see you after pregnancy.
2. You smelled someone else's coffee without shuddering violently.
3. You got out of bed without eating a graham cracker first, and didn?t die. Yay!
4. You drank something without carbonation. You felt like puking after, but at least you had the courage to try. 5. You dined in a restaurant without putting your head on the table, and emitting a low tone similar to the sound of a dying whale.
6. You ate food, and didn?t want to literally die a minute later.
7. Your husband drove you somewhere, and again, no dying whale sound.
8. The thought of ever eating/smelling/seeing fish again didn?t make you throw up in your mouth more than just a little bit.
9. You aren?t praying to God to just let you puke. More than once a day.
10. You managed to brush your teeth, and only spent 5 minutes spitting in the sink afterwards.
11. You wiped your toddler?s butt without gagging.
12. Your head hurts. Hey, at least you noticed another ...
