13 things that obviously weren't made with pregnant women in mind

This morning I woke up feeling inexplicably more pregnant. At around 17 weeks along with my fourth baby, I'm starting to get that heavy sensation in my lower belly, and completing daily activities is becoming more cumbersome. For example, I tried a workout DVD I do often, and was shocked by how much more winded I felt, and how much I basically just wanted to shut it off.
While getting my kids ready for school, I'm convinced the bathtub is lower. Helping my 3-year-old get dressed felt far more laborious, and my back really didn't appreciate it. Later, when I hoisted my bigger body into our SUV, I realized the world was simply not created for pregnant women.
It's a topic that recently came up in our BabyCenter community. There, moms-to-be discussed things that are not made for those of the burgeoning belly, such as... "Shoes with laces or buckles."
"Bathroom stalls that open inward."
"Washers and dryers."
"Socks. I injured my side and thought I smashed one of my babies putting socks on today."
"STAIRS."
"Car seat belts! Mine is alway getting pushed up over my enormous twin belly and boobs so it's around my neck and feels like I'm being strangled."
"Cooking in an oven! I burned my belly a bit taking something out of the oven yesterday."
"Chairs.... over all....I'm uncomfortable in everything."
