Adjusting to breastfeeding can be a struggle. Finding the right nursing pillow can help. I tried three different pillows during the first month of my daughter's life, each time assuming that when I found the perfect pillow I'd throw the others out. Instead I ended up with a house that included three different breastfeeding "stations."
