4 car seats I'm considering for my toddler and why

I can't believe it's already that time again. My youngest daughter, Annie, is now brushing up against the limits of her infant car seat. She's 9 months, twenty-five pounds, and nearly thirty inches long; like her sisters, Annie is almost off the growth charts.
