I'm a little in denial that fall is arriving. Fall is a beautiful time of year when the leaves start changing colors and the cool breeze begins to blow. It?s a great time to get outdoors and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Here in Texas, it's a nice relief from the heat and my favorite time to be outside with my kids, go on hikes and nature walks, and of course take photos.
Photography is all about capturing the real beauty of the season, which is why fall images are so popular. There is so much color everywhere, making it easy to create some amazing images. Your goal is to capture scenes that really speak to the viewer. When someone looks at the images, it should fill them with pleasant memories of years past. Here are five must-have fall pictures that will help you capture the beauty of the season and have some fun with your kids in the process:
1. Take a hike: Take your kids on a new hiking trail to explore how the leaves are changing and falling. Look to snap photos not just of the scenery but your little one's reaction to the setting.
2. A pumpkin patch:Â Don't forget to stop by your local pumpkin patch and capture your kiddo picking out a pumpkin. Try to go in the evening when the sun isn't so high in the sky to have the best light for the occasion.
