5 items I'm still using from my kid's nursery days

I spent hours on Pinterest trying to find the perfect decor for my daughter's nursery. Then we (my spouse and I) spent more hours arguing about how to execute said ideas. We ended up borrowing a projector and making half a dozen trips to Lowe's before successfully converting my husband's man-cave into our daughter's blossom-infused nursery.
Where once swords and Marvel comic memorabilia stood, now stands a Pinterest-inspired labor of love.
We have since moved and that nursery is being used by another family. I have pictures and even a short video I took when all the work was complete. We loved our nursery, but I was amazed at how quickly my child sprinted through items I'd thought were necessary purchases. It goes without saying that every baby and parent is different. My girls grew fast, making some items obsolete before they'd reached their age limit. Some babies like swings; some won't sleep in their bassinets.
