5 offbeat baby shower gifts you probably didn't consider (but should!)

Now that I'm a mom I'm very aware of what a new mom needs after she has a baby. When I shop for baby shower gifts, I try to include a few small things that the mom can use to help ease her into motherhood.
Sure, you can buy baby clothes, a changing pad, or baby's stroller if you like, but it's always nice to think of how the mom will feel and what she might enjoy as she enters motherhood.
Here are 5 baby shower gifts you probably didn't think of but should add to your list:
1. Water bottle
After I had each of my kids I had unquenchable thirst. I could drink water all day long and often kept a water bottle on me at all times.
