Raise your hand if you pick out your own Mother's Day gifts. Now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure I pick out all of my own gifts.
My husband is a great gift-giver, but soon before each holiday he starts asking for hints and I respond with as direct an answer as I can provide. I make mental lists of restaurants I want to visit or gifts I'd like so I'm ready for his questions.
I love personalized gifts, and personalized Mother's Day gifts are even more special. My kids will likely make me an adorable card and maybe a pretty painted flower pot, but when husband asks for Mother's Day gift hints, here's what I'll tell him.

I love this cuff so much for the inspiring words inscribed on it. It says "She believed she could so she did." I would love to wear this every day as a reminder.

This is one of my favorite gift ideas. Print a favorite photo and gift it in a personalized frame.
