5 things I love about Dr. Brown's new Options bottles

My 3-month-old daughter may be exclusively breastfed, but that doesn't mean we're an anti-bottle family.
It's actually quite the opposite.
Bottle feeding is essential to me being able to spend a few hours away from my baby, whether it's for work or occasional "me time."
Like many breastfed babies, though, my daughter wasn't a fan of artificial nipples when we first introduced a bottle. (So frustrating!) However, after a few weeks of getting into the bottle groove, she has become a pro.
We recently had the opportunity to test drive Dr. Brown's new Options bottles, and here are five reasons I give them two thumbs up:
1. They help my gassy baby, who tends to spit up a lot: My daughter is notorious for eating too much too quickly, and then spitting it up all over. Thanks to the vent system's paced flow, these bottles help her eat more slowly while also taking in less air. She needs all the help she can get in this area, and the vent system seems to help a ton.
2. These bottles can grow with baby: Dr. Brown's Options are convertible bottles, meaning they can be used with or without the vent system. So when my daughter eventually (and hopefully!) outgrows her spitting-up phase we can simply stop putting in the vent system without having to replace the bottles.
