Your baby has worked so hard to get control of her body, first her head, then sitting, rocking, crawling, pulling up, cruising, and now she's ready to really move.
Most children take their first step somewhere from 9 to 12 months and are walking pretty well by 14 or 15 months old, though some typical children don't walk until 16 or 17 months. Ride-on toys are great for every step in that process, helping kids graduate from sitting and scooting to pushing.
