Do you have one of these little ice cream makers" I got one for my wedding almost 15 years ago and love getting it out in the summer when everyone is dying from our heat and humidity. I think it's around $25 and has lasted me all these years.
We pulled ours out during a heat wave last week and I gave the kids a list of recipes I've made on the blog to choose from. They went for the roasted strawberry ice cream (which is a favorite around here) but I thought I'd publish this handy list in one place, since you might be taking your ice cream maker out this week too!
Most of these are so easy they don't even require the machine. I'm actually a huge fan of the 2-ingredient Bananatella ice cream, which is made in a blender.
