However, despite my experience, some totally weird pregnancy symptoms have recently caught me by surprise, either because they are new to me, or maybe I just, inexplicably, forgot about them. Have you suffered from any of these beyond-bizarre pregnancy side effects"
Night sweats. Am I pregnant or going into menopause" Because I wake up in the middle of the night literally drenched in sweat. I feel like I should be complaining to my mom?s group of friends about this weird pregnancy symptom. After doing a little research, I?ve learned that night sweats during pregnancy are actually a common reaction to rapidly-rising hormone levels. I mean, where does the fun end with pregnancy" Burping like a truck driver. I know nausea is a common pregnancy symptom, but lately, I?m burping at a volume and force that would make Will Ferrell?s character in Elf envious. I seriously cannot believe I am capable of these types of emissions. It?s slightly scary, and mildly impressive.
Excess saliva. I may need a bib if I continue to produce this much saliva. Sorry to be gross (maybe you?re over that if you?ve gotten this far in the post), but I?m constantly spitting in the sink or trash can. Oddly, I feel like my saliva gets most out of control when I?m in the shower...
