Ahhhh...'tis baking season, my friends.
Between now and next March, while the weather is colder and the nights are darker, I get the urge to bake and cook. Certainly between now and the end of the year, we cook up a storm around here. I pour a little wine, turn on some music, and start chopping and throwing things around in frying pans like I'm Giada.
I've noticed that there are a bunch of little, mostly inexpensive, kitchen gadgets that make all this baking and stirring and cooking so much easier.
