9 stages of putting on your winter coat while pregnant

Every pregnant woman is familiar with the struggle of putting on a winter coat anytime after your first trimester. Yeah, it's basically like folding a fitted sheet: damn near impossible. Even if the coat purports to be of the maternity variety.
Here are the 9 stages of the battle that ensues each time we human-growers attempt to leave the house from November through March.
Stage 1 You slip your arm into the first armhole, and all is well. This is looking like it?s going to be successful.
Stage 2 You yank the coat over your back, and attempt to put your other arm into the other armhole with the same ease. Yeah, it doesn?t happen. Um, why is your back getting broader" WTF!
Stage 3 The coat is tight and uncomfortable already, but you press ahead. Surely once you adjust a few things, it will fit well enough for you to be seen out in public, and will effectively shield your burgeoning body from the cold. Stage 4 You become determined to zip the dang coat up as far as it will go. The zipper glides up past your thighs and hips, then stops dead right above your pelvic bone. It's not budging. So, basically your pregnant tummy and increasingly-swollen boobs are hanging out, and you look ridiculous.
Stage 5 You attempt to bunch the coat's material up above your boobs. Because yes, your arms and back will be warm, but you truly hope to invite your chest and neck to the party, too.
Stage 6 You sigh deeply, and accept the fact that...
