A Super Bowl chili alternative: Instant Pot chicken and lentil chili
by Lindsay Weiss posted in Life
Looking for a great alternative to the standard Super Bowl chili" My husband actually made this recipe for us based off a recipe in our Instant Pot cookbook. He played with it a little and added the chicken and it has quickly become my favorite Instant Pot recipe. It's super healthy and packed with protein, but really delicious too. He makes a double batch and we freeze the rest for another meal.

I make the chicken first to make sure it's cooked perfectly. (Actually I usually make a huge batch of chicken in the Instant Pot every Sunday and just use it throughout the week.) Then just throw everything else in and pressure cook it up!
