Ali Fedotowsky's birth story is "excruciating"

Reality star Ali Fedotowsky and her fiancé Kevin Manno welcomed their first child on July 6, a little girl named Molly. While the brand new mom is already crazy about her "angel baby," she admits that her labor was - well, pretty hellish.
After a difficult pregnancy - she suffered severe morning sickness and was put on modified bed rest due to an irritable uterus - Ali opted for an epidural when it came time to deliver baby Molly. Unfortunately, things didn't quite go the way she'd hoped.
?I had a really, really hard labor. My epidural stopped working,? she tells Us Weekly. ?It didn?t work on half of my body, and it stopped working three different times during my labor." It was an exhausting 20 hours, Ali says, but as soon as she met her baby she knew it was well worth it.
"It is so funny because you go through all of this pain ? and the most excruciating pain you can possibly imagine ? and a few days later you are holding your beautiful baby, and you're like, 'I could do this again.'?
What happened to Ali was one of my biggest fears going into childbirth, that I would decide to get an epidural but it would stop working. In the end I delivered without any drugs, but I think consciously building up to that pain is somehow more bearable than having it suddenly hit you when you're not expecting it.
