Am I crazy for trying child-led potty training"

We've all heard about baby-led weaning, where basically it's up to the baby, or toddler, or small child, to decide when they are ready to leave the breast behind. It turns out there is a similar child-led method for potty training.
In the middle of potty training George, we sold our house and moved. I figured he would be our easiest child to train because he wasn?t absolutely terrified of the toilet like the other boys were.

In the end, we decided we would pick the training back up where we left off as soon as we were settled in my family?s cabin while between houses. We are now going on the seventh month of cabin-life and I have no desire to potty train George, who is now 3.3-years-old. None. Sure, the poopy diapers of older children are less fun, and who wants to spend money on diapers forever" But, with an insanely busy life, no in-home washer and dryer, and the fact I don?t have to worry about THREE boys having accidents (instead of just two), I see no reason in fighting him like we did with the other boys if he isn?t ready.
I mean, do you know any 30-year-olds that aren?t toilet trained" With the other boys we had to train them in a certain time period because they were going to school, but with George he doesn?t start school the second he turns three like the other boys did.
