Anne Hathaway totally feels your Pinterest pain

Anne Hathaway's son Jonathan recently marked an important milestone: His first birthday!
Turning 1 is a pretty big deal, so Anne and her husband Adam Shulman wanted to mark their little boy's special day.
Though the Colossal star wanted to keep the celebration low-key, she did what just about every mom these days when it comes time to plan a party: She logged onto Pinterest.
And then she instantly regretted it.
"We kept the theme just rainbows. Which is a fun theme because it?s hard to go wrong with it," Anne, 34, said during a visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week. "I made the mistake... I went on Pinterest and looked at other people?s 1-year-old parties. It?s not fair what some people do. Party planners have children, which is definitely not fair. Think about it. They blow it out."
I get it, Anne. I, too, have felt the pressure of Pinterest perfection.
To be fair, there are so many incredible ideas on the site. So many creative, colorful, gorgeous ideas that seem so great in theory... but turn out to be a total disaster when I try to pull them off.
For my daughter's first birthday, I attempted to make the Very Hungry Caterpillar cupcakes that are all over Pinterest. You've probably seen them. I worked for hours on that cake. When I finally showed the finished result to my husband he, who has read that book at least a hundred times, had literally no idea what it was supposed to be.
FAIL.
My advice to Ann...
