Avocado awesome: One-stop breakfast for everyone!

I have a big age spread between my kids -- ages three, eight and 11. That large gap presents a number of challenges in the eating department. It's better now that they all eat regular food, but for a long time I had a baby/toddler who always needed something different than the older kids.
This smoothie was (and still is) one of the surefire crowd pleasers for all age groups. I could feed it to my one-year-old AND the older kids and everyone was happy. In addition, I LOVE it (and so does my husband) so it was one of the only breakfasts that would truly feed everyone. And when you're rushing to get three kids out the door every single morning, one breakfast is a gift from god. One nutritious breakfast" Well that's a friggin' miracle.
I see an article almost every day on the benefits of avocado for every age group, including babies. When you can work it into breakfast, it's a double bonus because you've started off the day right for everyone. Amen. Green Smoothies
Ironically, you taste everything BUT the green stuff! This is a good thing :-).
1 small avocado, pitted and peeled
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 small banana
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup orange juice - add more if needed to blend
1 cup plain yogurt
