Tennis pro Serena Williams has a lot of reasons to celebrate these days: Not only is she recently engaged to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, but it seems the couple are also expecting their first child!
Serena, 35, broke the baby news on Snapchat Tuesday morning, sharing a side profile selfie captioned "20 weeks." The shot shows the athlete in a yellow swimsuit, showing off what looks to be the beginnings of a bump. (See the photo here!)
Let's do a little math, shall we" If Serena is 20 weeks pregnant, that means that she was around 8 weeks along when she won the Australian Open at the end of January. In other words, she was smack in the middle of that first trimester nausea and exhaustion when she earned her record-breaking 23rd Grand Slam title. During my first pregnancy, those early months involved a lot of napping, along with the requisite complaining about the fact that I had to drag my tired bones into the office every day. Ugh. It was all just so difficult.
