Being a mom is just like any other job? except you don?t get paid

A few Mother's Days ago, there was this brilliant commercial that showed people getting interviewed for a job. It starts with the hiring person going over the job description. The list starts out pretty mundane, like "pay bills, schedule appointments, run errands.? But then, the description gets really crazy -- no sick days, holidays, and you might have to deal with human excrement...and your salary is nothing." That sort of thing.
With wide eyes, the interviewees catch on that there must be some sort of ploy going on. The man then says, ?This is the job description of a mom.? Then all the people being interviewed look into the camera and say lovely things about their mothers that make saps like me cry. The clever thing is this little tribute describing moms as ultimate nurses, secretaries, and ninjas working for NOTHING is just too completely accurate.
A couple days ago, my husband and I were arguing discussing our most common grievances with one another. Who is doing more. Who isn?t do enough. Blah, blah, blah. His argument is that he is the major breadwinner, so it is okay that he only does about 10 percent of the work regarding the children and house.
Being the logical person I am, I protested that it is simply not fair that I make 25 percent of our income but do 90 percent of the work in the house and with our children, when I should only have to do 75 percent. Am I right, or am I right"
