Beyoncé is a proud mom and apparently that's a problem

Beyoncé recently did an interview with Garage magazine where she stated that her greatest achievement in life is her daughter, Blue Ivy. When I initially saw this, I didn?t think much of it. Many people rich, poor, famous, whatever, think of their children as the best thing they?ve done with their lives. I didn?t particularly bat an eye at her response.
That was until this article, Beyoncé Incites Internet Ire For Saying Motherhood Is Her Proudest Accomplishment, caught my attention. Just going from the title alone I was confused why her comment would ?incite? anyone.
Then I made the mistake of looking at the Twitter discussions about her comment. People could not BELIEVE that out of all her accomplishments something as simple as a BABY would trump them. One user said ?any woman can have a baby, how is that even an accomplishment"? Well, perhaps to a woman who has suffered through a miscarriage, like Beyoncé before Blue Ivy, having a baby just MIGHT be a huge achievement. Oddly enough, parenthood just might be ranked above a 5 Grammy night, sold-out world tours, AND 2 Super Bowl performances to Beyoncé. Crazy thought, I know. You can?t tell someone what YOU think they should think is THEIR biggest achievement in their life. That's up to their personal feelings about their own life.
