Camila Alves stopped and told herself, "That's not okay."

Camila Alves' third child, Livingston McConaughey, has turned into a darling 3-year-old. Although his famous parents are thrilled to have him in their lives, his mother wasn't pleased to realize one day this year she was still sporting extra weight from her pregnancy.
"I never understood when people go, ?Oh my gosh, it?s so easy being pregnant,'" the wife of actor Matthew McConaughey recently said while speaking with People. "No, it?s hard. It?s the most beautiful thing, yes, but it?s hard."
Recalling her differing experiences with shedding the post-baby pounds, the 34-year-old continued, "My first one, lost the weight super easy. The second one, a little bit harder. The third one, it just wasn?t going anywhere. "So actually, [Livingston is] 3 years old and I stopped myself and went, ?Camila, you?re still holding on to your baby weight and he?s 3 years old. That?s not okay.'"
Upon the realization, Camila Alves "full-on gave a reset" in an effort to shed a few pounds but also feel better and healthier.
Now, she?s found a great way to maintain her and her family?s health long-term.
"Really, the main thing I?m doing now that?s been helping me a lot is lots of vegetables and fruits, but also anything I get from the store, [I look for] clean labels," she explained.
