I have a cute print in a frame on my bedside table that reads, "I'd rather stay home."
Truth.
It's not that I'm a recluse or an antisocial person. Since having kids, though, I've found that if I have an excuse not to go out, I'll take it. I'd much rather spend a quiet night at home in my PJs with a glass of wine and Netflix than get all dressed up for a party.
So my heart goes out to Chrissy Teigen.
The model mom and her husband John Legend, who are parents to 10-month-old daughter Luna, had the ultimate Hollywood date night yesterday, hitting the Oscars' red carpet. Things started off well enough, with Chrissy earning serious style points in her sweeping, glittering Zuhair Murad gown and John's film La La Land up for awards in several categories.
If you've ever watched the show at home, though, you know that the Academy Awards are long. It is a serious time commitment. Eventually, I guess Chrissy just couldn't take it any more. And as the camera panned to "overrated" actress Meryl Streep, this happened in the background.

She later got caught snoozing again, this time as Casey Affleck took the stage to accept the Best Actor statue. These moments were easy to miss, but a few keen observers noticed them, and as the screenshots of Chrissy's catnaps made their way across social media, her fans were quick to comment.
