Chrissy Teigen fights back against "mommy shamers"

Chrissy Teigen has found out first-hand that when it comes to the "right" way to have and raise a child, just about everyone has an opinion.
Chrissy, who has 7-month-old daughter Luna with her husband John Legend, came under fire for an unusual reason this week. It wasn't due to breastfeeding or co-sleeping or crying it out or any of the other often controversial parts of parenting. The criticism came over the way she was holding her baby.
It all started when someone called Chrissy out on Twitter, sharing a photo of her carrying Luna on a recent outing and writing, "this is not how a baby is held!!!!" (See the photo here!)
Some celebrities would have let it lie, but not Chrissy Teigen. The always outspoken mom was quick to dismiss the comment, replying, "really because that's how I'm f***ing holding her." The heated exchange went back and forth, with the commenter pointing out that Chrissy's carry was "inappropriate" and potentially dangerous and the model mom explaining that she was about to place little Luna in the stroller when photographers snapped the shot.
If it all sounds a bit ridiculous, that's because it was. Chrissy wasn't doing her child any harm, so this really seems like a non-issue - certainly not something worth a Twitter meltdown.
