Comic-artist mom serves all of motherhood up in full, relatable color

When I first bumped into Lindsay of How Baby online, her giggle-worthy image of a baby dreaming of a boob paradise was making the rounds of the web. It was 2014, and her comics about failing to lose the postpartum weight, struggling to adjust to all that is being a mom, and general life guffaws struck a chord.
Then, as life tends to do to a person, I got distracted.
I thought of Lindsay and her daughter "Momo" often, but never managed to catch back up and connect. Man, have I been missing out.
I'm fortunate to know a dozen moms who've doodled and created throughout their pregnancy and toddler-raising days, but there is something exceptionally special about a person who is able to find a way to consistently chronicle through the ups and downs of it all.

Lindsay's latest project is about two moms who fall in love, and it's set to debut on Mother's Day (May 13, 2018). Called Motherlover it will feature two moms who first appeared as background characters in How Baby. You're invited to follow it on Facebook now.
