Does a 7-year-old have the right to wear makeup to school"

Farrah Abraham believes she's won an argument against the principal of her daughter's school. The Teen Mom star, who is no stranger to controversy, stood up for 7-year-old Sophia's right to wear makeup to school -- and perhaps made a reasonable point.
Speaking on the Allegedly podcast the 25-year-old explained, "You know, when your kids are 5 or 6 they already start playing with make-up. And I was the only mother in freaking elementary school getting called in to deal with make-up on her daughter."
"So I said to them -- and I proved my point because then the principal switched schools -- I go, 'Well then you should take off your make-up. If you don't want little girls coming to school with make-up then don't wear makeup.'"
Claiming the principal's change of location as a victory, Farrah Abraham added that her point hit home because now when she sees the principal out and about "she hasn't had makeup on her face."
Although I personally don't agree with young kids wearing makeup, I'd love to know if the school Sophia attends had any policy in place before Farrah was called into the office. It's possible they didn't, as they may never have had to deal with such a situation in early elementary before. Heck, as far as I know my kids' school doesn't have a policy on it.
There are rules about the uniforms, lengths of skirts and shorts, an no tank tops -- all of which the staff are expected to adhere to as well....
