Don't believe the hype: Having a 3rd baby will change your world

When my husband and I started dating years ago, he was pretty clear about wanting four kids. I was pretty clear that he should marry someone else if that was a deal-breaker. Because I did not want four kids.
We agreed on two children and later discussing the possibility of a third. So much for that discussion. Last year, we were surprised when we found out I was pregnant with our third.
Now here we are, happily raising three kids. Some days are pretty awesome. Others are downright crazy. It depends on which way the wind blows. Nonstop sibling fights, a gassy baby, or running out of the right kind of pasta can easily turn our day into a disaster.
I wouldn?t trade it for anything, though. Sure, I was terrified when I found out I was pregnant last year. I wondered if I could really give my best to three kids. But since becoming a mother of three, my world has changed. It?s become more hectic and unpredictable than it?s ever been. And I know some women say that once you have two kids, adding one more isn?t a big deal, but I beg to differ. Another human being that relies on me for everything is a pretty big deal in my book.
And my big deal has come with so many lessons. I?m blown away when I think about it. Especially...
