Easy and fun Halloween treats: s'mores & peep brownies

The simplest ideas are usually the best, and these easy Halloween brownies are just that...simple festive and delish! All you need to have the cutest dessert at your Halloween party are s?mores + brownies + ghost peeps. I have a thing for Peeps and S?mores?and brownies, so this was a big a-ha moment when they all came together. The best part of this recipe was the chance to use my mini culinary blow-torch. You could also just use the broiler on your oven, but here?s your chance to buy the funnest foodie gadget around!
The recipe is simple:
Brownies ? you can either make Brownies from scratch or use a box mix
Crushed graham cracker crust ? crushed graham crackers + 1/2 stick of melted butter
Marshmallow Creme
Halloween Ghost Peeps
Small wooden skewers ? or toothpicks
Directions:
1. Make the brownies as directed.
2. Out of the oven layer on the crushed graham cracker butter mixture. Let cool in the pan.
3. Remove from the pan and cut into squares. Top each one with marshmallow creme. We liked the look of the messy marshmallow creme coming off the sides of each brownie square, but you could add the marshmallow creme before you cut into squares?it?s your preference.
4. Brulee the tops (toast it) of the marshmallow creme with your culinary blow torch or oven broiler.
5. Stick a wooden skewer into the peeps marshmallow ghosts and poke it into the center of your brownies. The wooden skewer just helps to keep the ghost peeps standing u...
