It's T-minus 25 days until pools across the country open their gates. That's just a few short weeks until your legs are peeking out of your cover-up and your shorts and dresses reveal paper-white skin EVERYWHERE.
Before I go any further let me say there's nothing wrong with paper-white skin because it's HEALTHY. But, if you like your skin to have a little color without subjecting it to UVA, I'm your girl. I spent a good chunk of March in the warm and sunny climates of Florida, so did a lot of experimenting with sunless tanner. Here are my absolute favorites:
Fake Bake Flawless, $14

This product has the most natural color, I think. It comes with a mitt to help you apply it. Spritz a bit on the mitt and LIGHTLY rub in a circular motion all over your body. It doesn?t streak and has a soft scent (nothing too overpowering). Application is super easy, and you immediately see results. This product is pretty subtle, which I think is good. If you're using it for a big event, you may need to apply it a couple of times to deepen the color. Bare Minerals Faux Tan Body, $26

This cult fave has the most natural looking DARK color (i.e., if you want it rich and deep in one application, this is your best friend). Like the Fake Bake Flawless, it comes with a mitt to apply it evenly. Lots of reviewers mention they mix this product with their moisturizer and use it on their face. I tried it and LOVED the effect (my teeth have never looked so white!).
