George Clooney is not only thrilled to have become a father at age 56, he's keeping his trademark humor intact.
Announcing the arrival of the actor's boy/girl twins with wife Amal, a rep for George released this statement Tuesday:
?This morning Amal and George welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into their lives. Ella, Alexander and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine. George is sedated and should recover in a few days."
I hate to say it George, but I doubt things are going to be any easier in just a few days! Give it a few weeks, or months (maybe decades...just saying) and then you'll finally feel like your pre-parenthood self again.
A source close to the couple?s family went on to tell People, "This is very good news. We?re very, very happy. George is going to be a great father of twins."
