Hayden Panettiere is once again speaking out about her struggles with postpartum depression, this time telling fans she's seeking help for a second time.
"The postpartum depression I have been experiencing has impacted every aspect of my life," the 26-year-old Nashville star tweeted Thursday.
Hayden, who welcomed daughter Kaya in December 2014, went on to say, "Rather than stay stuck due to unhealthy coping mechanisms I have chosen to take time to reflect holistically on my health and life. Wish me luck!"

Hayden Panettiere will have a fair amount of time to work on herself, as news also broke Thursday that Nashville has been cancelled. Her character in the show also struggled with PPD after giving birth. "The biggest message that I?ve been trying to promote for women is that it?s okay to ask for help," the first-time mom told People in March while opening up about what she's been through. "You feel mommy guilt ? it?s for real."
In January, at Critics? Choice Awards, she also opened up about feeling relief after going public with her experience.
"I?m 26 years old. I?m a mom," she explained. "I don?t need to be afraid of what people are going to think. I saw how much people rallied behind me when I was honest, and I didn?t know that honesty could be such a gift."
