How to store the million stuffed animals that live in your house

Years ago, as a naive new mom, I once asked how to purge and store my kids' stuffed animals. The overwhelming reply was "YOU CAN'T!" and "THEY MULTIPLYYYYYY."
Multiply they do. How is it that one minute you have a small little basket of stuffed animals and the next you have 67 stuffed animals creepily staring at you from all rooms in the house" Actually, I meant to say 67 million because that's what it feels like, doesn't it"
Stuffed animal storage is one of those tough solutions that falls right up there with Lego storage. Do you keep them all on display" How do you keep them organized" How often do you clean them"
Here are some options that we like, including the options that work for us: 1. Bean bag chair (Amazon, $29)
Take the stuffing out of a bean bag chair and replace with stuffed animals. Zip it up and your stuffed animals have disappeared. You'd be surprised at how many you can stuff into one bean bag.
2. Stuffed animal zoo (etsy, $60-200)
Stuffed animal zoos are so cute. They look like little cages that hold your stuffed animals in with flexible bars, so you can pull them out or put them away easily. For the best price, ask a local carpenter to build you one. The above zoo was built by my friend, and I'm sure his girls love it!
