We are due with baby #3 in February and I can't imagine juggling them all without a baby carrier.
I use it to get housework done and simultaneously rock my baby to sleep. I use it when I need my hands free in our chicken coop and Evie (my 16-month-old) isn't satisfied watching from the backyard. I take it on walks even if I have my stroller because sometimes my 4-year-old wants a break, especially if she gets whiny on the return trip. It's one of my most useful baby items, and now Ergobaby has made a carrier that's even more practical.
The Adapt Ergobaby carrier is designed for newborns to toddlers (a weight range of 7-45 pounds) with NO insert needed. I'm thrilled about that, because honestly, the infant insert for the Ergobaby Original was too hot to wear with my two summer babies. I had to wait until they were older to use our old Ergo because we were hot enough in 90 degree weather.
