If all women got asked prying pregnant questions

It seems as soon as you begin to show, it suddenly becomes okay to pry into pregnant women's personal business. I feel like a marked woman every time I leave the house. From the grocery store to school pickup, I am fielding questions about my due date, what I'm having, and even if I plan to breastfeed or have a natural child birth.
My recent experiences facing nosy inquiries about my intimate affairs got me thinking. What if non-pregnant people got asked the kinds of personal things pregnant women do" Like, out of the blue, same as any bump-sporting gal" You could be standing in the frozen foods aisle at your local Publix, when someone hits you with...
It's kind of the same as asking a pregnant woman how far along she is. Because inevitably, I hear things like, "That's it"" Or "When I was pregnant, I only gained 20 pounds." Then I feel like I have been verbally assaulted, when all I was trying to do is buy frozen peas for the pot pie recipe that looked good for tonight. Or what if you are picking your preschooler up, and someone randomly inquires...
Because other people's reproductive plans are just part of casual conversation, right" After you discuss the weather, of course.
Likewise, asking pregnant women, or any mom, if they plan to, or are breastfeeding, is way too personal in my opinion. The topic has become very political, and rife with judgment. Kind of like if you were just outs...
