If my kids don?t stop breaking my sh*t, I will lose my mind

?ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! WHO DID THIS" I JUST BOUGHT THESE BRACELETS!? I fell to my knees combing the outdated shag carpet with my fingers. I started picking the little white beads up, surely ones from the new bracelets I recently purchased from New York & Company.
That was it?the bead that broke this mom?s back. I lost my cool. But, to my defense, it was one of many times my boys mercilessly attacked my things this week. First, 3-year-old George decided it would be a grand idea to take scissors and slice all the hospital bands I have been saving from each of my children's births.
*They are all so precious...until they can hold scissors.
Then, 6-year-old Daniel thought the leather bands on my favorite (and only) watch would make a tasty treat, rendering it a soggy and mangled mess. Add these three instances to the two times my children decided to play Picasso on the foyer walls, and I am about to check myself in to the nearest loony bin.
Growing up, my mom had a rule that we were not allowed in her room. To be honest, I hated this. I liked going in her room and looking at her treasures, smelling her perfume, and playing with her rubber hair curlers that looked like snakes.
One day my sister and I were getting ready in my mom?s bathroom, one of us stepped onto one of mom?s round hat boxes and smashed the thing to smithereens. My mom, of course, walked in just in time to see the damage. ?WHAT DID YOU DOOOOOOO""...
