Janet Jackson is a mom!
The 50-year-old singer and her husband Wissam Al Mana welcomed their first child, a baby boy, on January 3. A rep confirmed the happy news to PEOPLE, saying, ?Janet had a stress-free healthy delivery and is resting comfortably.?
The rep for the Grammy-winner also revealed the couple's baby name pick for their new son: Eissa Al Mana.

Janet surprised many fans when she abruptly cut short her world tour back in April due to what she called "a sudden change."
"My husband and I are planning our family, so I?m going to have to delay the tour," she explained at the time in a announcement that left us all guessing. "Please, if you can try to understand that it?s important that I do this now. I have to rest up, doctor?s orders." A month later, the pregnancy news was confirmed.
Janet has long spoken of her desire to be a mom. In 2010, she said of her plans for a family, "You have to ask God. And once you ask him, will you let me know what he says" I would love to, I would love to have a family, but it's in God's hands. So if it's meant to be, it'll happen. I hope it does."
Seems her wish has come true!
