Kelly Clarkson's spanking logic is crap. Sorry, not sorry.

Kelly Clarkson knows it's a bit controversial, but nonetheless is willing to admit to spanking her children.
"I'm not above a spanking, which people aren't necessarily into," the mother of 3-year-old River Rose and 1-year-old Remington recently shared during a radio interview. "And I don't mean like hitting her hard, I just mean a spanking. My parents spanked me, I did fine in life, and I feel fine about it. But I do that as well, too."
The singer went on to share: "I'm from the South y'all, so we get spankings. My mom would call the principal if I ever ended up in the principal's office and give permission for her to spank me. I'm a well rounded individual with a lot of character so I think it's fine." Take a listen to Kelly explaining her reasoning:
This isn't the first time Kelly Clarkson has spoken about parenting. In October she spoke with People at Variety's Power of Women event about raising River Rose, sharing:
"I said [to her], 'You tell mommy if somebody does anything inappropriate. You stand up for yourself.' Even from a young age, I think you should instill that people, your children, should always stand up for themselves or speak out when something is wrong."
