This time of year there are always days off from school-- snow days, conferences, spring break. At first, it's exciting the kiddos are home, but then there's the inevitable "I'm boooooored" a few hours in.
Crazy, I remember being able to entertain myself for hours when I was little. You would rarely find me without my nose in a book or some sort of craft project happening. But, alas, kids are different now. I like to have a few ideas lined up for my girls, especially since I also work from home. We have chunks of time where we do things together, and other moments where they play with each other.
