Some parents have their baby's ears pierced as infants. So, is 4 the right age for a lip ring" Kourtney Kardashian seems to believe her little girl is ready for a new accessory, as evidenced by a recent Instagram pic.
In the cozy snap posted by the reality star, she and Penelope are snuggled up in bed. The image is captioned: "Our Oscar Sunday. Yes, that's a lip ring. Thanks @kimkardashian," and indeed, a thin silver ring can be seen on the little girl's bottom lip.

Though Kourtney hasn't said one way or the other, I have to agree Penelope's lip ring is more than likely a piece of clip-on jewelry. I mean, the Kardashians can be a bit out there, but putting a hole through a preschooler's lip" I just can't see it.
But then again, ears are pierced on kids Penelope's age and younger every day.
