Kourtney Kardashian shares her kids' gluten- & dairy-free diet

Is it hard to get healthy food into your kids every day" Well, let Kourtney Kardashian lend a perfectly-manicured hand.
Earlier this year, the health-conscious mom-of-three revamped her family's diet to go gluten-and dairy-free, and she recently revealed on her app that the change has been a huge success.
"I have noticed a great positive change in behavior with my children," she says of her kids Mason, 6, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 1, noting that tests showed they all have "sensitivities to corn, gluten and dairy."
While the results are worth it, Kourtney admits that trading grilled cheese sandwiches and chicken nuggets for hummus, turkey dogs and "big yummy salads" for her children proved challenging at times. "Switching me and my kids to a gluten- and dairy-free diet was a big change," she admits. "Even though I grew up snacking on junk, being able to snack is still important to me ? but finding the right snacks that we love has been a challenge."
