LeAnn Rimes is so proud of being a stepmom she's wearing her status in jewelry.
Take a moment and check out one of the singer's recent Instagram posts, in which she shows off her pride in being the "bonus" mother of Mason and Jake -- her husband Eddie Cibrian's sons with ex-wife Brandi Glanville.
Along with the photo of her jewelry and gold Rolex-clad wrist, LeAnn wrote, "Today wrist party! I love a good stack! Fashion Friday!! @jenniferfisherjewelry #bonuslove #cartier #rosegold #stepmom #bonus #wristparty #fashion #familyfriday #fashionfriday."

This isn't the first time LeAnn Rimes has been open about being a stepmother -- but she isn't overly fond of that particular term. In a 2011 blog post she wrote: "Step. Stepmother, Stepfather, Stepchildren ? the word ?step? can take on such a connotation to so many in our society. A family is a family. In my eyes. There?s no ?step? about it...Society will always call me a stepmom, the boys will call me Le. In our house, in our family, we remove the ?step.? We really are all? simply family."
While it appears "bonus" mom has been adopted in favor of "stepmom," some seem to think LeAnn's bracelet is a bit, well, gaudy. She and Brandi have made it no secret they are at odds over how much LeAnn ought to be involved (both publicly and privately) in the boys' lives, and to some this photo appears to be a jab at Brandi.
