Let's hear it for boobs! A tribute to bosom buddies is in the works

Sometimes, as a new mom, what you really need to hear is simply that you're doing okay. Even if you're tired, and leaking, and crying you're still getting it right -- and that all those lovely messy feelings you're rapid-cycling through are par for the course.
Katy Ross, a talented mom living and creating in the UK, has her sights set on bringing a breastfeeding jam based on that sentiment to life with the help of music and animation. Check out her Kickstarter project:
Katy knows all about the ups and downs of breastfeeding personally, thanks to having welcomed her first child in 2016.
"I loved breastfeeding my son," she told BabyCenter. "I had sheer overwhelming joy of being so close to him and knowing that I was providing him with love, comfort, nutrition, health benefits, etc etc etc! Along with the pros however came some worries and trials and tribulations. I suffered from pain, I encountered anxiety, and I had a million questions about what was normal? I sometimes felt lonely while I was breastfeeding throughout the night, I was nervous about breastfeeding in public and I wondered if the never-ending tiredness would ever let up. It was a whole new world to me and I felt shocked at the massive lifestyle change."
Along the way Katy encountered many other moms who felt the same things. Recognizing her skills as an artist give her a fun way to deliver a message of support she jumped into action.
