A sunset sail. A beautiful mom-to-be. Her adoring husband. A camera, and a talented photographer.
The result" It's a magical maternity shoot on the water that you won't soon forget.
JoAnn Marrero of From Labor to Love Photography told BabyCenter that this concept was actually a long time in the making. She'd scheduled a sunset maternity sailing shoot with another client, Erin. "I planned the whole thing, bought a new dress for it, etc.... then bam.... she went into labor a month early on the day we were supposed to sail!"
"So I came across Tara and her husband and so their story begins," JoAnn told us about this shoot. "They love boating and her father has a boat, so they were the perfect couple for it!"
As an avid boater myself, I was immediately drawn this unique idea. To me, a maternity shoot on the water makes so much sense, because nothing is more calming and natural than being near water, a sentiment that seems to be reflected in Tara's facial expressions and body language.
