Though Megan Fox considers herself to be a "free-spirit mother," she has some seriously strict rules about electronics in place.
The actress, who has welcomed two boys with estranged husband Brian Austin Green, recently spoke about her parenting plan by sharing:
"My kids in particular, I?m enrolling them in a school where technology is not allowed until they?re much older and computers are introduced because they will need that eventually to function in the real world. But as children, they shouldn?t be around it at all in my opinion. My kids won?t have cell phones or tablets, or any of that. It interferes with the brain development. I?m very big into this, I?m very passionate about it."
Megan Fox's words echo a 2014 interview she gave, in which she shared:
"I do let them watch movies, I just don?t let them watch TV. With movies I feel like there?s a beginning, a middle and an end. It?s linear. There?s a clear story. I think that it?s different than just putting a kid in front of the television, because it?s just nonstop. They?re just being bombarded with all of this sort of live media and it?s very overwhelming and it?s too stimulating I think for anyone. I don?t watch television because it?s just too much it overwhelms me. I just can?t deal with it.
