My kids' answers to this yearly start-of-school survey kill me

As our kids head to school, my wife tracked down a nice little yearly questionnaire to help commemorate the moment. The questions are pretty basic, and you would think there isn?t a whole lot of room for variance. But the responses do change as kids grow, and they always put a little bit of their own unique twist on their answers. Here are a few of the more eccentric responses my kids provided this year.
My favorite thing to play: My daughter answered ?Hide and seek,? which is notable only in that she stays hidden for a maximum of three seconds before popping out and shouting, ?Here I am!? My son answered ?With my friends.? I?m not familiar with that game.
My favorite TV show: ?Zack Scott? from my son, Moana from my daughter. ?Zack Scott? refers to the YouTube channel ZackScottGames, which does play-throughs of various video games. I think everybody knows what Moana is. Either way, neither of those are TV shows. Plus, the correct answer is DuckTales. My favorite food: ?Pepperoni pizza? and ?chicken nuggets.? Nothing too surprising here, since these are kids and all. Still, it would have made me feel like a better parent if they said ?Broccoli? and ?Brussels sprouts? instead.
When I grow up, I want to: ?Be Toadette? and ?a panda bear.? Toadette is a character from the Super Mario Brothers franchise. I swear, Nintendo can be worse than Disney sometimes. ?I want to a panda bear? is not a proper sentence, but I guess that?s what school i...
