Apparently Blake wasn't willing to bail. People reports the actress turned up at the wedding of her close pal just two days after it was announced she?d welcomed a sibling for daughter 22-month-old James.
The 29-year-old post a sweet pic of herself on the bride to Instagram on Sunday, adding the caption: "Most beautiful bride on the planet. And the best friend I could ask for. @jessicarose617 thank you for being EVERYTHING. I love you."  

It's not entirely clear exactly how many days ago Blake Lively gave birth, but all reports indicate it was sometime last week, meaning she was no more than a week postpartum at the wedding. How wonderful of her to still make it, right"!
This whole story takes me back to shortly after I became a first-time mom. Less than two weeks after our baby boy arrived we were due to celebrate my brother-in-law's wedding two hours away from our home. Not just celebrate though -- my husband was a groomsman.
