If you've ever endured a flight with a 2-year-old, actress Hayden Panettiere feels your pain.
The Nashville star shared a brutally honest "mommy moment" photo on Instagram today, snapped during a recent flight to Los Angeles. The funny selfie shows Hayden and her daughter Kaia squished together on the floor of the airplane bathroom, sopping up a potty accident with handfuls of paper towels.
"Aaaand then ur daughter pees on the floor of the airplane bathroom," Hayden, 27, captioned the shot. "But look at that baby girl helping momma clean."

Hayden, whose fiancé is boxer Wladimir Klitschko, has been refreshingly forthright about the highs and lows of motherhood so far, including her postpartum depression diagnosis. Shortly after entering a treatment facility to seek help in October 2015 she revealed, ?There is no overcoming [PPD]. The only important thing to me is that I?m not causing myself pain and discomfort anymore, and I can be a strong woman for my daughter to look up to."
